摘要:随着信息化技术和时代的发展,利用在线课程实施信息化教学成为教育实施的重要手段之一,分析目前在线课程在教学应用中存在的问题,通过在线课程建设思路、线上线下教学设计重构、教学评价方式重组等方面对课程进行改革以提高教学效果。通过对解决方案进行分析和总结,以期为信息化教学有效实施提供有价值的思路。

Reform and Practice of Flipped Classroom Teaching Design for Professional Courses Based on Online Course Platform
——Taking the Course of“Food Processing Technology”as an Example

Abstract:With the development of information technology and the era, the use of online course informationization teaching be one of the important means of implementing education, according to the analysis of the problems existing in the application of online courses, through the online course construction idea, refactoring online instructional design, teaching method, restructuring of online courses is applied to the teaching of specialized course to improve the teaching effect of the solution were analyzed and summarized, so as to provide valuable for effective implementation of the informationization teaching ideas.
